CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve your appointment time just for you. When clients cancel or no-show at the last minute, it prevents others from booking that spot — so we ask for as much notice as possible if your plans change.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled start time without penalty.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations.
No-shows — including guests who do not arrive for their appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice — may also be subject to the same policy.

In either case, late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee of up to the full value of the scheduled service. This fee may be charged to the card on file or covered by any account credit, gift card, or voucher on file.

This helps us keep availability fair for all clients and offset the cost of unused appointment time.

By booking an appointment (online, by phone, or in-studio), you acknowledge and accept these terms.
