Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

‍ ‍If you opt in to receive text messages from Vessel Floats, the following applies:

  • ‍Program description. Vessel Floats sends appointment reminders, booking confirmations, account and billing notices, and, where separately consented to, promotional offers and studio updates.

  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed. Promotional messages, if you have opted in to receive them, are sent no more than a few times per month.

  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Vessel Floats does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You may also contact us directly to be removed.

  • Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at contact@vesselfloats.com or (718) 383-2701.

  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

‍ ‍Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Vessel Floats.

‍ ‍How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited contact information with advertising platforms as described below.

‍ We share information only with service providers who perform functions on our behalf and who are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose. These include:

  • ‍Booking and point of sale systems that manage scheduling, client records, and in-studio transactions

  • Payment processors that handle card transactions and recurring membership billing

  • Advertising Platforms, to which we may provide your email address in hashed (encrypted) form so that we can show our ads to existing customers or reach people with similar characteristics. ‍ ‍Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, and understand site usage. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

  • Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out, as described above.

  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at contact@vesselfloats.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

‍ Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. You may opt out of the sharing described above by contacting us.
